Born in Turkey, Defne Candir Aydin brings a wealth of global hospitality experience to Olive and
Rose Services. She has held leadership roles in prestigious hotels and restaurants across the U.S.
and abroad, including her most recent position as Resident Manager at The Clifton Inn, one of
Charlottesville’s premier boutique properties. Prior to that, she served at the Boar’s Head Inn, a
renowned four-diamond destination, where she managed restaurant operations, bar service, and room
service with excellence.
Internationally, Defne has worked with high-end establishments across Europe and beyond, gaining a
deep understanding of what true hospitality means.
