We try to send the same crew each time, although we cannot guarantee it. Sometimes we have to juggle a bit, but we’ll always do our best to keep your crew consistent.

We don’t like anyone waiting on us. Our policy is to be back in touch with you in 24 hours or less.

Yes! We love your furry friends. We will work around them.

Whatever is most comfortable for you! You’re welcome to stay home or head out while we clean.

Move in/out cleaning is for empty homes and includes thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas—inside and out of appliances, cabinets, drawers, etc.

Standard cleaning is for lived-in homes and is customizable. It includes similar sections with optional extras like bed-making, inside oven/fridge, and more.

We’ll email your bill after the service. You can pay online using credit card, PayPal, or check.

Yes, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations without notice will be charged a $75 fee.
